My method of conscious reworking involves utilizing all parts of each garment to create an entirely new design. During our debut NYFW runway show S/S2024, and for the first time in history without practice, I wanted to showcase my style of design-by-reverse-engineering for a live audience as I transformed a pair of our couture trousers into and extended version of our signature Hi Low Skirt with a very long train. With this, I Illustrated in real time how one garment can be reimagined and given new purpose.
