“More efficient and polished movements I need to be able to do” that I noticed after our team won the World Cup 2011…

My movement looked ugly, slow and inefficient that I didn't like. There was really lots of wasteful movement. Now it got less but That’s how I started to learn that being of conscious small details changes my body movements to be more efficient.

I think I have my movement aesthetic so I keep trying to aim that I want to be.
