A week of my workouts 🏋🏼♀️
Here is a typical week of exercise for me:
➡️ My main priority is fitting in my strength training as that supports my hiking goals, but everything around that is pretty flexible. My program is written by my pal @max.lowery.
➡️ Maintaining my cardiovascular fitness is something I’m conscious of, but I don’t have a set structure with that - I love mixing it up with classes, runs and circuits. My cardio workouts are often social workouts where I see friends.
➡️ I take a minimum of two rest days a week. I find this allows me recover fully and therefore perform better ☑️
