I'm back on the wall❗️🧗

About 3 months after the injury and about 2 months after the surgery, I was freed from the days when I couldn't climb.
I can't jump off yet, and I can't practice aggressively, but I'm more than happy to feel the joy of climbing again.

怪我から約3ヶ月
手術から約2ヶ月
やっと登れる事ができました😭🙌
マットへの着地や攻めた登りは出来ませんが、クライミングのできない生活から解放され喜びと感謝で一杯です。
これからも足のリハビリと並行してクライミング時間も増やしつつ、安全第一で頑張ります🔥🔥🔥
