Brown Sugar DKA, our signature at @dominiqueanselworkshop in Flatiron. Here on 27th St, our DKA (Dominique’s Kouign Amann) is a brown sugar version, so those flaky golden layers have a deep caramelized flavor with a bit of molasses and dark brown sugar (a little secret: there’s a hint of coffee and cinnamon too to round out those flavors). My favorite breakfast these days.
