【器もレモンだもん♪】はちみつレモンゼリー🍋Honey Lemon Jelly

夏にぴったり！夏バテも癒やしてくれるような爽やかで優しい蜂蜜れもん🐝
見た目も味も爽やかなレモンゼリーをレモンサイダーで作ってみよう♪

■材料
レモン　2個
はちみつ　20ml
ゼラチン板3枚
レモン炭酸飲料 　400ml
金粉 適量
松の実　適量
生クリーム　適量

■作り方
1. レモンを半分に切り、中身を取り出す。
2. 鍋にレモン炭酸飲料を入れ、温まったらはちみつ、ゼラチン、金粉を入れる。
3. レモンに流し入れ、固まるまで冷蔵庫で冷やす。
4. 生クリーム、はちみつ、ミントをトッピングして完成。
5. くし形に切ったものは松の実でトッピングをする。

Ingredients:
2 lemons
20ml honey
3 gelatin sheets
400ml lemon carbonated drink
Edible gold powder, as needed
Pine nuts, as needed
Whipped cream, as needed

Steps:
1. Cut the lemons in half and remove the pulp.
2. In a saucepan, pour the lemon carbonated drink and heat it. Add honey, gelatin, and edible gold powder.
3. Pour the mixture into the lemon halves and refrigerate until set.
4. Top with whipped cream, honey, and mint leaves.
5. For the pieces cut into fork shapes, add a topping of pine nuts.
