As pictured here, a cut-out, cape-effect trailing top is constructed from silver guipure, while the meticulous art of drawn threadwork opens up geometric windows into a shantung dress. Meanwhile, gilded lace is pleated, piped and pieced into ethereal layers, and a beaded mesh cape glides airily over a bib-front blouse and trousers.
