Being here in #barcelona has been sooooo fruitful for reflecting, integrating and digesting some truths that has changed my life over the last few years. Some are harder to swallow than others obviously. It’s all a work in progress and reprogramming your beliefs are never done, but it sure does feel good to cultivate the awareness around these ideas.
Here are some of my truths:

The only real apology is changed behavior.

The best thing I can do for you, is to work on me and the best thing you can do for me is to work on you.

If you always do what you do, you’ll always get what you got.

Your mind is your greatest asset, learn how to use it properly, master it. It either works for you or you work for it.

Self worth is an inside job.

You create your reality, by how you respond, react, contribute and what you create.

You are the observer,
You are not your thoughts.

Someone’s opinion of you has nothing to do with you. This is a trickyyyy one for us programmed people pleasers 🫠

Kindness is the most loving attribute to have.

COME FROM LOVE, NOT FOR LOVE.

Things don’t get easier, they get better, because you cultivating your life’s responses.

If they really wanted to, they would.

If it costs you your mental equilibrium, the experience is too expensive.
