Kitten officially meets her step-mom-dog

The meet & greet with the Bears went perfectly. Now it’s time for Truffles to officially meet Phoebe. They’ve met through gates and while I fed Truffles, but not in a normal face-to-face way. Because Truffles was more nervous than the Bears were, I asked Phoebe to ignore Truffles. It would have scared Truffles if Phoebe moved too fast. I always provide a hiding spot for the kittens in case they need a safe place. It took a few controlled sessions for Truffles to be comfortable, but she did! Sudden moves still scare her, and it will take a little more time for her to fully accept Phoebe.
