Good morning everyone! ☀️ the spring roses bloomed this week and I was thrilled to see it! I shared this a few days ago on story but I realized I’ve never illustrated this home and it’s roses before. Last year I took the same picture…roses were a deeper pink and this year is a pretty pale pink color. Love rose vines as they are so preciously sweet! 💕 This home is a corner charmer situated on the corner of W 11th & W 4th Street. This neighborhood is filled with luscious trees, flowers beds filled with flowers, planter boxes adorned with flowers of the season and yes…you can hear the birds chirping away! It’s really a very sweet feeling and grateful to take it all in.
