After about 2 months I felt this surge of energy and have been going out and feel so clear! But I also turn in once I feel I’m done so that I can get home and have a good nights rest. Nothing good happens after midnight (some nights 1 or 2am) anyways! #3 I dance more!!!! Because of all of this energy I always want to move and I just enjoy the music on another level!!! #4 I’m braver! I seem to step up and do more of the things I love and that I used to hide due to fear! And any compensation alcohol was doing. #5 I wake up every morning feeling great!!! #6 I’m always talking about health and I know that one of the best ways you can show up for the healthiest version of you is to stop drinking alcohol, so I wanted to walk the walk and talk the talk.
