Nothing feels better then to have a clean house to start your week with. So I use Sundays to do stuff in my house, like cleaning, washing and preparing for the coming week.

I think a clean house also makes your mind calmer and more focussed. I also set my intentions for the week and write down the goals I have for the coming week. Here is some of the stuff I do;

- Wash my bed sheets
- Clean the Kitchen and refrigerator
- Vacuum the house
- Clean the couch
- Wash my clothes
- Write down my goals for the coming week
- Having a Coffee
- Having a mindful walk in the Park
