Being in the gym is one of my happy places. I love working out, aside from all the (mental) health benefits I just love the feeling of improving myself. Most of the days Ill do strength and some days cardio.
These are some the exercises I do;
- Abs Crunch 3 x 20
- Straight Arm Plank Mountain Climber 3 x 20
- Close Grip EZ-Bar Curl 3 x 12
- Deadlift 3 x 12
- Squat 3 x 12
- Close Grip Lat Pulldown 3 x 12
