Hence my 47 yr old regular gal journey shared here.☺️ I’ve never been the best at stretching, have never been a gymnast, am tall, and have metal in my lower back from back surgery..so to claim doing a headstand is easy would be a straight up lie. This may not look fancy to you but I’m proud of how far I’ve come. I COULD freeze frame a shot of something cool so you think I’m a badass but I would rather you appreciate the journey with me so when I can do something “fancy” you will see it took plenty of work to get there.
