As a response to the often opulent and ostentatious visions of store designs, A.P.C. and architect Laurent Deroo have chosen to develop an ingenious, simple, even brutalist architectural proposal entitled “Mistral”. The principle was the following: rather than designing a store interior, we would design a group of units that would be organized together in their respective space, while still considering the best way of placing said units.
