I did more climbing than this but it’s all I remembered to film 🫠 Been following a post natal course from @kbellphysiowellness to get back feeling connected again so more on that to come! I actually got a bit scared before doing this dyno and my first attempt I completely missed the holds 😂 I feel really good landing but for some reason I was nervous to do the jumping part. I guess having the best part of 9 months off the wall had made me a little rusty. And finally, a pull up 😂 Kinda! I won’t lie, in my head my pull-up never went away but trying for the first time a few weeks ago was funny to realise reality 🙅🏼‍♀️ Having a baby will do that to you.
