While I was celebrating my friend's birthday, I was not allowed to celebrate my birthday with friends. While it wasn't impossible, I wasn’t allowed to have my own room. I wasn't able to get rides to all my lessons unless I begged my parents every single time and so on throughout my life. 'I don't deserve things while others do.' My automatic thoughts kept making me feel guilty even when buying a cup of tea for myself as an adult. I finally came to a big realization that I shouldn’t feel this way, thanks to the precious people around me. So this year, I made my birthday what I wanted it to be, which was to spend the day with my precious people(of course I couldn't invite all of them)! Throughout my life special people around me kept making my life better with unconditional support. I wish I could be like that for others. I wish I could help someone like me to realize every single person is important through art, acting and telling stories.
