There Is More In All Of Us waiting to be unlocked.

In 2023 my aim is to upgrade my bar routine and focus on my health and make that a priority if I’m fuelling well I will be able to train better and be more consistent with my training !
Upgrades take time and a lot of work but it’s something I need to do the improve my chances of making teams and finals at major competitions

Finding more to me as a gymnast is getting those extra 1%’s in to help me reach my full potential which could be sleeping more,better recovery,better fuel and literally in gymnastic terms those extra .1’s which can be added through execution and artistry or just by adding in a extra skill worth more difficulty to give me the best chance at a good performance and equally the best results
