高橋メアリージュンさんのインスタグラム写真 - (高橋メアリージュンInstagram)「Bondi beach🏝🇦🇺 よく耳にはしていた「ボンダイ」というワード。ここの事だったのかー！来れて嬉しい～！この周りは健康意識や美意識が高い人が多く、スポーツウェアを普段着にしてる方や運動してる人達がたくさんいました🏃‍♀️ (ちなみに私は運動してない時期でもスポーツウェア着たりしています😂) ボンダイビーチの周りでは朝日が昇る前からすごい人数の方が走ってると伺いました😳アスリート…？そういえば、オーストラリアでは基本的に働く時間が朝早く、夕方には帰る人が多いと聞きました。確かに朝6:00にホテルの窓から見えた向かい側のビルで既に働いてる方々を見かけました！出勤前ランは必然的にすごい早朝になりますね🏃🌅 ビーチの近くにはオシャレなWellnessウェアshopもあってワクワク。必ずまた来て、ランニングして素敵なカフェに入ったりしたいなと思いました♡ ---------------------------- Bondi beach🏝️ 🇦🇺 I've heard the word "Bondi〜" a lot in Japan! And many people in Australia generally work early in the morning and come home early I heard👂 One morning at 6:00 in the morning, I saw people already working in the building across from my hotel! The run before work will inevitably be very early in the morning🌅 And I saw there're some cool wellness wear shops near the beach.
