鶏肉を煮たつゆが残っていたので、和牛の切り落としと玉葱を煮て玉子でとじました。あとは蒸し野菜に、雑穀玄米ごはんです。

I had some leftover chicken stock (sake and soy sauce), so I cooked some slices of wagyu beef and onions, and bound them with an egg. The rest is steamed vegetables and brown rice with cereals.
