Over the next few days, the Belgian capital will be buzzing with exhibitions, performances and installations, attracting visitors, collectors and art lovers from all over the world. Overall the participating 48 galleries and 16 guest venues all throughout Brussels will present the works of over 125 artists. Besides these special displays at the individuals galleries, Brussels Gallery Weekend will also for the first time have a central focal point at the old printing plant of the Belgian National Bank in the heart of the city. There, guests can visit Generation Brussels, an initiative to highlight the work of 12 emerging Brussels-based artists, and the Sculpture Factory project, which was created for galleries to showcase large format works.
