Here are some of my fav hotels + good eats if you’re traveling to Marrakesh or Casablanca: Marrakesh Hotel— all the bougie spots were booked, so we we did a deep dive into smaller lux properties and stumbled upon a gem— La Sultana Marrakech. The property was very private, suites were divine, beautiful rooftop, the tajine *chefs kiss* and the architecture unreal. So many spots for amazing pics and only steps from Jemaa el-Fnaa Square. Marrakesh Restaurants— (1) Zeitoun Café is a great spot if you’re looking for a traditional Moroccan breakfast. It also has multiple rooftops with great views of Jemaa el-Fnaa. (2) Le Jardin at the Royal Mansour is perfect for lunch. Be sure to walk the property afterwards! (3) Sunday brunch at La Mamounia is an experience— wildly overpriced, but the beauty of the hotel grounds made it worth while. Lots to see! (4) If coffee is your thing, Bacha Coffee is a MUST. The views, coffee and pastries are worth the wait. Casablanca Restaurants— (1) Dar Dada was my favorite dinner spot! Fine dining in the most beautiful traditional Moroccan riad + live music.(2) La Sqala had good Moroccan food and a low key vibe.
