The second part of our series introduces us to Khanyisa Mngqibisa, the first female international lifeguard and surfing coach in South Africa. Khanyi is a young woman from Khayelitsha, a township in Cape Town.

We honour her determination and resilience and champion her belief that women are capable of breaking free from any limitation.
