ワイキキコンド改修工事
ワイキキにあるローヤルクヒオコンドの改修工事のお手伝いをさせていただきました。
私のお手伝いは主に内装建築とくに照明の部分でのお手伝いです。
築年数はありますが、初期のコンドミニアムのよさ、ゆったりとした間取り、そして景色のよさなど。ホノルルは物件のお値段がはるというイメージですが、まだまだ手頃で少し改修工事を加えると見違えるものがあります。こちらのお宅は、これからも手直しが続くかも？何回かにわけて工事を行うと、資産価値もあがります。アメリカの皆さんはそのように自宅を改修して資産価値をあげるのが普通です。
Waikiki condo renovation project
We helped with the renovation work of Royal Kuhio Condo in Waikiki.
My help is mainly in interior architecture, especially in the upgrading of lighting fixtures.
Although the building was done some time ago, it has pros of the matured condominiums: the spacious floor plans, and the beautiful scenery of Waikiki. Honolulu’s property has a connotation of having high price ticket, but there are still affordable properties and values of the properties could be up with a little renovation work. This project is likely to continue in the phase 2. If the renovations are done in several steps, the asset value will also likely to increase. It is normal for homeowners in American to renovate their homes to increase their asset value while holding a property.
