Do you have any scars? How do you feel about them?

You wanna know something crazy? 99.9% of the time I completely forget I even have this scar. And the times I remember I have it or I notice it I love it, I’m proud I made it out stronger and it reminds me that anything can happen at any moment and I am the only one that can decide how I’m going to handle it.

We never know when we are going to hit a speed bump in our journey. We have no control over that. What we do have control over is what we fill our mind with. We HAVE to fill it with I can, I will, I won’t stop.

Remember you are the ONLY one that can control your mindset. You are the ONLY one that can change your life and you are the ONLY one that can set you back. Don’t let yourself get in your way. I know you can do hard things. Start believing in yourself and watch your life change.
