It can be done at home, all you need are dumbbells and a bench/chair (but feel free to do the challenge in the gym if you like!) if you are doing it at home I recommend dumbbells that you consider heavy that will really challenge you. Or a variety of dumbbells is even better! Booty bands an added bonus but aren't essential.

THIS CHALLENGE WILL ONLY WORK AS HARD AS YOU DO!! You need to be putting your FULL effort into EVERY workout & exercise.
