I see the walls of Dubrovnik similar to my identity... built for protection from attacks. These walls have given me a sense of safety and comfort. But they also keep me within their confines. So it becomes a choice for me... do I want to remain restricted and hide? Or do I want to be free and seen? The walls may have served their purpose, but they’re not needed anymore. Stepping into the unknown, knowing that I’m safe even without the walls.
