MOWI Essential Salmon on cedar plank ½ tsp. onion powder ½ tsp. garlic powder ½ tsp paprika Drizzle of olive oil or spray Dash of salt Fresh ground pepper Instructions 1. Remove salmon portion from the package and plank. Transfer portion to a plate. 2. Pat down the salmon with paper towel to remove any moisture. Cover and set in the fridge while you soak the cedar plank for 30 minutes. 3. Meanwhile, prepare the mango salsa and teriyaki sauce. 4. Dry the cedar plank well and transfer the salmon back to the plank. 5. Season the salmon with onion powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Drizzle or spray with some olive oil and brush. 6. Transfer to your grill and cover with grill lid to cook for 10 minutes. Remove the salmon from the grill. 7. Remove the salmon from the plank and transfer to a plate. 8. Drizzle some teriyaki sauce on top, garnish with sesame seeds and serve with some mango salsa and white rice. Teriyaki Sauce Marinade ¼ cup orange juice 1 tablespoons sesame oil 1 tsp. rice vinegar 2 tbsps. low sodium soy sauce 1 tsp corn starch 1 tsp fresh ginger paste 2 cloves minced garlic ½ tsp chili flakes 1 tbsp. brown sugar 3 tbsps. water Mix all ingredients in a cup.
