on this photo is 13-14 years old me, not knowing what kind of woman i’ll become and if there is one advice i would give to myself back then from the deep of my heart and the one i want to to give you @neva_portman and other teen girls out there: Be kind to yourselves. you don’t have to earn your self-care. You just have to learn it. Learn to forgive yourself. Learn to love yourself. Learn to listen to your mind and body.
You are so young you don’t know who you are yet, and it’s just ok!
you have no idea what opportunities and possibilities lay ahead, or challenges for that matter.
I know you would love to have answers to those questions, and I know not having them might feel scary. But actually, that feeling of ‘unknown’ is what makes your age unique and so exciting. That ‘unknown’ is just life telling you ‘everything is possible’.
Allow yourself to explore who you want to be,
give yourself the possibility to express who you are! and don’t hold yourself back with wrong beliefs that you are not good enough for something, you are good enough TO TRY ANYTHING and if whatever it is doesn’t stick you can just move on...
You might have some ideas already, you might have some great women inspiring you and this is great. But don’t be too hard on yourself! Let what makes you special just come out!
You are learning, growing, discovering yourself little by little but remember to enjoy being a girl today.
This will make you a happy woman, I promise 🥰 happy international women’s day 🌞🦋🙏. на этой фотографии мне 13-14 лет, я еще не знаю, что со мной будет, как сложится моя жизнь.
Но если бы я могла дать себе тогда совет или сейчас моей дочери @neva_portman(сл.фото) и ее ровесницам, то он был бы таким: 
Будь к себе добра и терпелива. 
Научись любить себя больше всех на свете и относиться к себе с вниманием и мягкостью. 
Тебе не нужно никому ничего доказывать. 
Просто живи, дыши и впитывай. 
Ты еще так юна, ты не знаешь, кем ты станешь, и это тоже нормально.
Я знаю, что тебе было бы спокойнее знать все наперед, знать ответы на все вопросы.
Но на самом деле, это "прекрасное далеко" и есть то самое, что делает тебя неповторимой и это так прекрасно! ⬇️⬇️⬇️
