[Zoff & The Evolution Of Shimokitazawa]

At Zoff, we want to create a world where picking out a new pair of glasses is the same as you would a T-shirt. That's why we first launched the brand in Shimokitazawa, the hub of culture. We have been called the 'UNIQLO' of the glasses industry for our diverse line-up of designs and pricing-made-simple. New businesses are setting up shop in Shimokitazawa all the time. It's ever-evolving, on a non-stop course to become more and more attractive. Today, we'd like to shine the spotlight on the Tokyo-based neighbourhood and show how we've seen it evolve.


The platforms of Shimokitazawa Station for the Odakyu Line are located underground, separate from the Keio Inokashira Line, as are the ticket gates. The Shimokita Station Way inside the Odakyu Line building is packed with a variety of eateries and shops. It has welcomed countless new places for people to enjoy themselves over the years.


This year marks the 20th anniversary since Zoff first opened. Our initial branch in Shimokitazawa has moved and been refurbished. Our original logo which featured a photo of Siberian husky, one loved by our customers, has also changed and is now an illustration of the dog instead.


BONUS TRACK is a commercial facility situated in Shimokitazawa that's bustling not only with stylish restaurants and exciting stores, but is also home to workspaces too.


YUEN BETTEI DAITA is a relaxing spot equipped with open-air baths which receive water from a water source in Hakone. It also serves Japanese food and has its own tea ceremony room. The guest rooms feature a modern Japanese style and are sure to help you to wind down and relax, completely forgetting you're in the big city.
