The Shinano Railway
(Shinano Town)
Shinano Railway’s headquarters is located in Ueda City.
It operates the Shinano line, connecting Karuizawa and Shinonoi stations, and the Kitashinano line, connecting Nagano and Myoko Kogen stations.
These local lines, supporting residents and tourists alike, are appreciated not only for their convenience, but also for their idyllic views of majestic mountains and the Chikuma River.
