【KOMBUCHA】
I finally tried making my own KOMBUCHA!!!
Kombucha is a fermented, lightly effervescent, sweetend tea drink. It is produced by fermenting sugared tea using "SCOBY", which is a "symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast". The scoby bacteria and yeast eat most of the sugar in the tea, then transforming the tea into a refreshingly fizzy, slightly sour fermented beverage that is relatively low in sugar and has lots of benefits for your health even though it tastes like softdrinks!
The ingredients are so simple (only your choice of tea and sugar, and scoby), but you should carefully take care of scoby with lots of love.
It was in the US where I first tried kombucha, and I was not a big fan of it. But after trying the home-made kombucha at my friend's house (the first pic), I was soooo surprised and impressed by the taste that I am now actually making my own one!!!
Now, fortunately, you can easily get a bottle of kombucha without making it on your own❤︎

【コンブチャ】
コンブチャはお茶を発酵させたドリンク。初めて飲んだのはアメリカにいた時だけど、その時は「健康に良さそう」っていう印象だった、、、お友達のお家で手作りのコンブチャを飲んだ時、美味しすぎてびっくりして自分でも挑戦してみた☺️
最初はスコビー(紅茶きのこ)ちゃんが元気なくて不安だったけど、ちゃんとエサとなる糖分を加えて、室温まで下げて、毎日愛情を込めて見守っていたら、成功した！！！すごくうれしい〜
見た目は最初は奇妙に見えるかもしれないけど、酸味と甘みのバランスが絶妙で、とてもおいしい。ソフトドリンク感覚で、happyに飲める。なのに発酵飲料で腸内環境を良くしてくれて、身体にも嬉しい。
お家で作れなくても、今じゃ簡単にボトルが買えるようになった☺️幸せや！
