I’ll be very honest to say I’ve been all over the place lately, and I guess it brought me more good than bad things! Bc it made me discover a lot about myself again, fitness is a constant learning process☺️!    ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’ve upped my food intake a little and it gave me a huge energy boost. I’m trying to move everyday and keep my movement high. I don’t weight lift everyday* anymore, but switch it between hiit cardio and just “moving” in general. (Long walks, yoga etc) I think I’m even more aware of my health instead of just the goals I reach with it. Besides that I once again was pressed with my nose into the fact that food and water is key in SO many things. Mood swings, energy levels, skin, bloating or not etc. I just love how my fitness is becoming more and more a celebration of what my body can do, something you should all appreciate from yourself I think!🥰🦋    ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ also been trying out new recipes, new workouts and other ways to create inspiring and motivating content to take you with me in that💜 I think we can all use that push in the back during this lockdown period right?🥰 hope y’all are keeping your heads high!
