It’s been a minute since I shared a workout! Texas is basically shut down because of the storm so I’m missing the gym extra right now. 😫😤 This workout is on my current program. If you have access to a gym definitely give it a go! #gymmotivation
❤️ Single arm OVERHEAD CARRIES
(10 walks forward and 10 steps back)
❤️ Seated BOX SQUATS (10 paused reps)
❤️ FRONT LUNGES with towels *front foot on weight
(10 reps each leg)
❤️ Seated or laying HAMSTRING CURLS (15 reps)
❤️ Weighted WALKING LUNGES
(10 reps down / 10 reps back)
❤️ SQUAT WALKS with KETTLEBELL SWINGS
(10 steps each way with 5 kettle bell swings till you make a full square)
