Let’s talk about salt.

I like my chocolate salted. Unsalted butter is only for baking (so that you can add flaky, soft, sea salt later!). Didn’t make your pasta with salted water? Throw it out. Salted Carmel? Double me up. I’ll take salt in any form unless we’re talking about people.

Salty people are so 2020. Eat a cookie and be happy.
