Makana Pang has a long lineage at Pipeline — his dad Dennis Pang is one of the most respected shapers on Oahu. And Makana has been putting in the hours at Pipe over the years, making his way up the pecking order by sheer talent and, most importantly, being on it as soon as it turns on — as it did last night, right before dark.
