Hi there, I’m Priya Parker (@priyaparker). My mission is to equip people with the inspiration, courage and know-how to create transformative gatherings for themselves and their communities.

🪞🪟I’m a group conflict resolution facilitator. What does that mean? I’m trained in group dialogue and deliberation and help communities (organizations, teams, political movements, families) fight well and dream together.

📓I’m a student of political and social thought, organizational design and public policy. I’m interested in power dynamics in systems and groups, and how change happens.

📚I wrote a book called THE ART OF GATHERING: HOW WE MEET AND WHY IT MATTERS on how any of us can create meaningful, transformative experiences for and with our people.

🎙I’m the host and executive producer of the @ニューヨーク・タイムズ @magnificentnoise podcast #TogetherApart. It’s a 9-episode series that explores how we STILL can create meaning together even in a global pandemic.

❤️I am also a mother of two little ones and trying to do “all the things” with @anandwrites.

I am a lover of dance💃🏽, reading📚, ☕️ &🍷with friends, 🗽New York, public spaces, and 🍁. And I am grateful to be here – Ellie, thank you for sharing your platform to share the ideas of others.
