I have cardio workouts I do for fat burn but I do yoga as a gentle way to stretch my very tense body. I’ll never be super flexible but I don’t work out to be anyone’s version of health but my own. I do it to work toward being strong and centered. It’s gotten to where when I want to relax or change my mood I just grab a class and tune everything else out. Today I invited anyone who was with me on Insta live to do yoga with me live (we did a class- today was @fiveparksyoga , I am by no means am instructor, we all saw me sit out all the poses where you put your leg over your shoulder🤯) and I just love the idea that I was having a weird night and feeling gross so I took control of my mood and so many people joined me in doing it. Let’s do more. Let’s breathe more(indoors around NO ONE 🦠 )and scroll less.
