Today’s Ekadashi, the 11rh day of the lunar cycle... a very auspicious day to do practices of cleansing and purification .
This is an excellent asana for the throat, nose, ears, eyes ans mouth. It relieves frustration and releases emotional tension. Tension is removed from the chest and diaphragm.
Profoundly and humbly grateful for the transmission of all these amazing tools, I share with you now.
