2 large boneless chicken breasts⁠
1 jar of @raoshomemade marinara⁠
1 pkg of @greatlowcarb fettuccine⁠
Shredded mozzarella⁠
Shredded parmesan⁠
@Flavorgod Seasonings Italian zest and Garlic Lovers seasoning⁠
Breading on the chicken is just an egg wash and @baconsheir pork panko⁠

Heat up your cast iron with the frying fat of your choice. Preheat oven to 400°⁠
⁠
1) Season chicken with Italian Zest seasoning on both sides. Let sit while you scramble the eggs and a splash of cream in a small bowl.⁠
2) Dip chicken into wash and dredge in the panko , put breasts into skillet to fry ( ummm , the chicken 😂🤣😂 ) til golden , place on a wire rack to drain off excess frying oil.⁠
3) Start a stockpot boiling with water for the fettuccine while frying the chicken.⁠
4) Cover the bottom of a cast iron casserole dish ( or baking dish of choice ) with marinara , place in chicken and bake for 15 mins. When the fettuccine is tender, add the rest of the marinara and combine. We sprinkled with @Flavorgod Seasonings Garlic Lovers seasoning⁠
5) Sprinkle parmesan over chicken , then the Mozzarella, bake an additional 10 mins til melty.... Best when served right away... enjoy !!! 😁⁠
