今や日本全国のみならず世界にも広がる家系ラーメン🍜
横浜で生まれ育った私は現在46歳ですが、初めて食べたのが1990年でその頃は家系という言葉は使われておりませんでした🤔
それよりも「とんこつ醤油」という言葉と「味の好みを調整できる」という点が新鮮だったと記憶しております。横浜市外に知名度が広がっていったのは90年代後半のような気がします😎
ラー博では六角家さんが94年のオープン時に唯一家系ラーメンとしてご出店いただきました。46歳の私は今でも中盛･麺かため･脂多めの海苔増しが定番のオーダーです😅

IEKEI RAMEN（Yokohama Style Ramen） has now spread not only throughout Japan but also throughout the world🍜
I was born and raised in Yokohama, and I am now 46 years old, but the first time I ate IEKEI RAMEN was in 1990, and at that time the term " IEKEI " was not used. At that time, I remember the term "tonkotsu soy sauce" and the fact that "you can adjust the taste" were more new to me. I think it wasn't until the late 90's that the name spread outside of Yokohama City.
At the Ramen Museum, Rokkaku-ya opened in 1994 and was the only IEKEI RAMEN restaurant. Even now, my standard order is a medium-sized bowl of noodles with more fat and more nori (seaweed).
