1980年。それまでのラーメン店とは一線を画したラーメン店「げんこつ屋」が新高円寺に誕生しました😎🍜🍥
おそらくラーメン店で初めてCI（コーポレート・アイデンティティ）を導入したお店ではないかと思います🤔
ロゴ、内装、書体、コンセプト、食材、接客などを重要視し、女性でも気軽に入れるラーメン店を意識した最初のお店だとも思います。げんこつ屋に影響を受けたお店は多くあり、このお店が誕生したことによりラーメンの可能性は大きく広がったと思っております。現在は二代目げんこつ屋として阿佐ヶ谷と成城学園に店を構えています😄

Ramen Museum Chronicle Vol. 4
In 1980, Genkotsuya with a distinct difference from other ramen shops, was born in Shin-Koenji. It was probably the first ramen restaurant to introduce a corporate identity (CI). The logo, interior design, service, concept, ingredients, and customer service are all important, and I think it was the first ramen restaurant that was designed to be accessible to women. There are many restaurants that were influenced by Genkotsuya, and I believe that the birth of this restaurant greatly expanded the possibilities of ramen. Now, as the Nidaime Genkotsuya, we have shops in Asagaya and Seijogakuen.
