As he often says on the show: the goal is to make food that you’re willing to eat. 🥬🥒🌶🫑🌽🥕🧄🧅 That could mean any number of things, like for example (these are just examples): a Miso Bean Bowl with Mushrooms, Spinach and Lemon; Fusilli with Rosemary-Bacon Tomato Sauce and Pecorino; Red Lentils with Steamed Clams and Parsley; or Smoked Potato Hash with Chorizo and Tomatillo Salsa.
