What's the secret to getting fit you ask? Here is the truth.

I hear a lot about consistency and while it's true, without consistency you probably won't accomplish your fitness goals....

But just as important as consistency is the willingness to leave it all in the gym. The ability to conquer your body with the strength of your mind is very rewarding and might I say addicting.

Now, that doesn't mean every workout or everyday, but SOME days.... you must be willing to PUSH yourself to uncomfortable places.

Yes, 20 minutes of enjoyable walking is better than nothing at all, but 25 minutes of "on the verge of vomiting" cardio is better.

Some of you don't want to get red faced, and sweaty and exhausted and that's ok, but you're missing out because

In these moments I thrive. I know not everyone is willing to push that hard. But if you really want to maximize your time and results then here is a 25 min (29 min including the rest) that will kick your butt.

1 min each x 5 rounds with 60-90 seconds rest

battle ropes
medicine ball slams
bicep curl to shoulder press
kettlebell swings
box jumps
