I am missing the gym but I have been following a program to build my strength using @trainwithid. I am very grateful to have @blankabstalways on hand over face time to make sure my form is on point and I’m not slacking! This is a great full body work out that definitely got my heart rate going.
Each circuit is 4 rounds:
45 seconds on and 15 seconds off for each exercise
First circuit
In and out jump squats
High plank
Toe taps on slam ball
Bicep curl
30 seconds rest between circuits
Second circuit
Reverse lunge
Squat into overhead press
Mountain climbers
Bicep dips
