But since gyms have closed and I can’t get my cardio fix from spin class, I’ve surprised myself and started running! I use the Nike running app to track my distance, put on a good playlist and go! I love getting outside in the fresh air come rain or shine and to take some time to myself, it makes me feel really liberated.
