When I first started working at the age of 11 doing paper routes my mom told me to buy something for myself with my first paycheck. It wasn’t a watch, it was some Ben&Jerry’s 😌 But at 16 I did buy a watch with the first paycheck of a more serious job. It isn’t something special to me now but then I was so proud. I had a sense of accomplishment every time I wore it. Well this pattern kept continuing itself and every time I made a significant step forward in life I rewarded myself. Now 18 years later I think I’ve owned over 30 watches. The picture added of a #audemarspiguet is by far my all time favorite piece. The sizing and all monochrome look is perfect to me.
