本日世界で活躍されている辻口シェフのお店
「ルショコラドゥアッシュ」さんの超貴重な会に行かせて頂きました🥺‼️

しかも過密スケジュールの中辻口シェフが店頭で1人1人に目の前で作って下さる贅沢な会に😭❤️
.
今回頂いたもんぶりんは、渋皮栗の土台の上にメレンゲがありその中にピスタチオのアイスとフランボワーズの二層構造に✨
.
更に上に生クリームと利平栗のクリームがたっぷりかかっていて、最後に飾りと粉糖で雪を再現した一品となっているんです🥺
.
ここ最近食べたモンブランでナンバー1の美味しさで、何より辻口シェフと若林シェフがお2人揃って、しかも目の前で作ってくれる奇跡の会に参加出来て最高でした😭✨
