みなさま、良い新年をお過ごしでしょうか？新年を彩る中国料理「星ヶ岡」の食材フェア、今月は森と水の都と称される熊本県に焦点をあてます。県の北東部は山が連なり、西部は海に面している地形は、豊富な水源と暖かな気候、阿蘇の土壌に恵まれた食材の宝庫です。フェアの開催にあたり中国料理「星ヶ岡」のシェフが現地を訪れ、旬の食材を選定しました。1月6日よりスタートする平日限定のスペシャルディナー、ぜひ「星ヶ岡」でお楽しみください。

Hope you had a good new year holiday. Celebrating the new year, our popular Chinese restaurant Star Hill, will welcome you with a special dinner course, featuring ingredients from Kumamoto Prefecture, which is known as the mountain metropolis on the waterfront and as the treasure place of great foods thanks to the geography. Our chefs in the restaurant have visited the area to look for fresh ingredients for this campaign, starting from January 6th. We're looking forward to you enjoying the first dinner course of 2021.
