I often get the January blues and this year is going to be especially tough with everything that’s going on. @stuartbroad also goes away tomorrow with cricket which is always a mix of feeling excited for him but knowing I’m going to miss him so much. So I’ve decided I want to make a real effort to keep a positive mindset and start the year in the best way that I can.  To help with this, like I did last year, I’m going to try and do one bit of exercise every single day in January. One of the biggest things to come out of last year for me was what a positive effect exercise has on my mental health and overall outlook 💪🏻 Now here’s the fun bit... I’d really love you to join me, I find it so much more motivating knowing I’m in this with you and that we’re doing this together! You don’t need to run 10k every day (I certainly won’t!!) but whether it’s walking the dog, an online pilates class or doing 10 minutes of sit ups in front of the tv, just do whatever makes you feel good. I’ll let you know what I’m doing each day and share some ideas and I’d love to see what you get up to too!  So if you feel like joining in, tag me in your photos and videos and we can do it together!
